Refund policy
If you ordered your bike directly from the Revere Bikes website:
- We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- To return your bike, it must be brand new and unbuilt, in original packaging.
-If you find a manufacturer's defect with your bike after opening it, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your bike for assistance.
- Inspect your bike carefully before riding it; we will not assume responsibility for cosmetic defects once your bike has been used.
- Please e-mail us or refer to our size guide in order to make sure that you purchase the right size.
To start a return, you can contact us at mike@b3bikes.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If you purchased your bike from a Revere Bikes dealer:
Please visit the dealer that sold and built your bike for assistance with all returns and warranty issues.
